The 5 Steps to Experience Emptiness and Access your True Enlightened Nature
One of the ancient secrets to experiencing your awakened Buddha-like Christ-like state of consciousness is a consistent meditation practice that allows your mind to relax into perfect rest, and the body to be deeply at ease.
When you engage in this enlightening meditation below for a few weeks, you’ll notice there is no struggle with life anymore, or with anyone you meet. You won’t try to push things to go faster or make life better. Suddenly, you'll find a deep peace inside yourself, loving you as you are. Naturally, you start to accept everything exactly as it is.
You’ll discover that every relationship, action, and interaction in your life becomes suddenly easier. Synchronicities show themselves more frequently, letting you know you’re on target, as you always feel one with the universal flow.
Deepening into any spiritual practice and being consistent with it always yields major rewards. Sometimes, it takes me three weeks of practice before something significant happens. Yet, when it does, I feel so tapped into this higher dimensional energy that life feels so light and easy that I could float off planet Earth...
I think it’s a good practice to sit in meditation not because you should but because you look forward to diving deeper inside yourself to explore the expansive experiences it brings you. Think of it as sacred relaxation time to explore what it’s really like to be free.
This feeling of freedom is because, deep down at the core, you are touching and tasting your spiritual essence. This essence is always at peace, always one with the God Source, and deeply at ease with Life. The taste of it is amazing.
This taste of your Enlightened Infinite Nature manifests in your body through the experience of emptiness. That’s right, by welcoming the purest state of nothingness, you attain everything. It’s that space where you and your ego permanently leave the building and the physical environment. What can be freer than being no one and nothing?
Surrounded by emptiness, you realize you are always held and guided. You can now enjoy having your entire being fully surrendered in a peaceful, safe way to experience the vastness of this infinite Universe.
When we fully allow our minds to relax and be at ease, we instantly start enjoying every single moment of life. There is no more hardness or tension in the mind, and this is reflected in our bodies.
The physical body feels lighter and ‘happier’. Joy naturally pours out of our skin just because life energy is flooding through us. This all manifests naturally because we are empty of thought, empty of mind, and returning to our essence, which is always at ease.
What soon happens to your life after doing this meditation for just a few weeks is a bit of a miracle. You find yourself effortlessly living your life, surrendering everything to Source. You stop trying to control everything and be the doer of it all. You allow life to do you. You are harmonized with the Universe and can only see the blessing in everything.
Remember, this powerful yet super simple technique below can be very challenging in the beginning. Yet, have patience young Jedi. When you can hold the mind still in silence for several minutes in a row, without wavering, it’ll instantly transport you to bliss.
As with anything in life, it takes practice to master a skill and experience amazing results. The masters often say, “Always remain a beginner at everything you do.” So please be gentle with yourself and try to remain a beginner whenever doing this. Then, you will always learn something and evolve.
Okay so let’s start with the practice of Tasting your Enlightened Nature…
Sit quietly and be still like a statue.
Notice who’s looking deep within.
Explore where this unlimited source of awareness is happening inside you.
🔥 Bring your Attention to the Source of Awareness🔥
Focus on the location where it is possibly found.
Look only inwards, never ‘outside’ the body.
Feel into the center of your innermost Self.
The deeper you go the more it can get blurry what’s inside and outside of the Self.
Just lean your attention inwards towards what is aware.
What is aware of itself right now? This may seem bland or ordinary in the beginning. Yet, investigate deeper, and you’ll discover your spiritual infinite nature. Surrender into this Source of Awareness, relaxing into the space for as long as you possibly can.
Your mind will soon get tangled up in thoughts. Maybe wondering if I’m doing it correctly or should do something practical and more important in life. When this happens, just return to the practice. Ignore all commentary from the mind.
The mind will try all sorts of alluring tactics, and you might easily get lost in memories of last night, or thoughts and opinions about life as it usually does. Just notice how all thoughts arise from the Source of Awareness. Bring your attention back again and again to where is the Source of Awareness.
The longer you can hold your attention here, the faster you’ll discover radical freedom. The more often you do the practice, the quieter and more at ease your mind becomes.
If you can be super vigilant and remember to refocus your attention back to the Source of Awareness no matter who you’re with, what you’re doing, or where you are, eventually, you’ll experience a super deep and enlightening transformation in your life.
Discovering the Source of Awareness is the backbone of freedom. The practice itself is a profound life-transforming shift in consciousness. Remain in the source of your awareness for several hours a day and notice how much more you enjoy life.
The constant focus of attention on the unlimited source of awareness always improves everything. It creates a clear mind, an open heart, and you feel more enlightened, empowered, self-loving, and deeply appreciative of life.
When you become spiritually rooted in the Source of Awareness, you’ll know without a doubt that you, the world, and everyone in it is perfect just as it is. You’ll feel, see, and know the divinity within it all, knowing the Divine Intelligence is behind everything.
When even for one moment you can feel, see, and experience the divine order in everything, a great warm love begins arising in your heart. It can last for many hours or days and feel like nothing else you’ve felt before. It feels like life will last forever.
You will know you have arrived at the very Source of Awareness because it’s a super soft and deeply quiet inner healing space. There’s a feeling of deep oneness with all life forms. There is a perpetual peacefulness radiating inside you, which follows you wherever you go.
By living each day knowing yourself as the Source of Awareness, feeling this softness inside, you’ll stop being afraid of anything. You’ll know for certain that there is no death for you. You’ll see the truth that you are a soul who will never die and that everyone is in the same boat as you.
This sacred softness is one of the first signs that you are getting closer to the God Source Consciousness. Remain in the softness for many years and you are destined to experience total enlightenment!

The 5 Steps to Experience Emptiness and Access Your True Enlightened Nature
STEP #1 Lay down or sit in a very relaxed position and start requesting (and perhaps commanding) your body to relax. Take at least 5 deep breaths and tell each part of your body from head to toe it’s safe to relax and let go. Trust whatever experience of life that comes in. Practice relaxing and letting go of your entire body until you cannot feel any tension anywhere.
STEP #2 Imagine you are breathing pure sunlight energy into your heart. Imagine the energy spreading from your heart out into your entire body. Visualize your heart as a beautiful flower blossoming to the Great Central Sun. Connecting, merging, feeling one with the Source. Allow your heart to open wider than it ever has before spreading a golden light around your body.
STEP #3 With your eyes closed, imagine you are taking your golden light body up into the sky. You’re going on an astral journey, millions of miles up deep into the infinitely empty space. You are far far above Earth until it is not visible anymore. You cannot see anything but billions of brilliant stars a zillion miles away, all around shining on you. Let go of your body, mind, beliefs, desires, and thoughts about everything who you think you are on Earth!
STEP #4 Feel the emptiness in this space. Feel this deep infinite vastness all around. Become this vast emptiness. As you are letting go of your sense of self, naturally you’ll start merging with the emptiness. Listen to the vastness. It contains a silence that is unheard of. Listen and feel into what is between the stars, inside the void of space. Take as many minutes as you need to experience this vast silence and emptiness fully.
STEP #5 Explore your true spiritual self. Practice surrendering deeper into who and what you truly are. Explore every possibility. Honor this infinite soul who you are. Relax into the Source of Awareness. Break all the rules you have about life and start living within an unlimited body of matter, consciousness & energy. See yourself as a drop in the Ocean, who can let go and become the entire Ocean itself. Here you will experience the enlightened and unlimited potentiality of your very being.
