I know Enlightenment is a vast topic that many of us have been seeking for lifetimes. Yet, the reason why very few arrive is quite simple. They cannot bring their mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and perfect stillness.
Yes, life can definitely be intense and complex, but the answers are always so clear, straightforward and simple. Once you learn how to bring your body and mind into perfect stillness, enlightenment will find you. It truly has no choice but to reveal all of its glory and liberation to you. It's really that clear and simple.

So my first question for you is…what’s it going to take for you to create 100% peace with your past, future, and everything currently going on in your life?
To abide in a perfectly peaceful space within yourself that does not change, regardless of life's challenges or choices, you are recognizing that you are an eternal soul who cannot die. You realize that your core essence lives on and on, never ceasing. This spiritual approach to yourself and life reveals an extremely grateful, soft, open, and kind nature within you. This eternal softness is what allows you to find peace with everything.
Do you remember the movie ‘The Matrix’ where Neo had to make the choice to take the red pill or the blue pill? In that scene, he chose to awaken and step out of the illusion he believed was reality. Similarly, you are here to awaken from your patterns of repetitive suffering. You’re here to access a much larger reality where you realize your boundless spiritual peace-filled nature.

The first step in finding perfect stillness is through grounding yourself fully in the present moment. Sit in a physical posture that is comfortable, where you feel like you could sit and relax here for 12+ hours or more. Your posture needs to have that level of comfort, patience, and surrender within it.
Keep your back straight like a stack of golden coins perfectly balanced, with your head just resting at the very top. Once you discover your perfect relaxed posture, let go of all distractions and focus on your breath. Feel its soothing slow rhythm and how it calms your nervous system. Release any physical tension inside, allowing gravity to anchor you deeply into the surface beneath.
As you continue to naturally breathe, surrender to the sensation of complete relaxation. Keep letting go of all restlessness and anxious thinking. Surrender to stillness on every level. In this fully relaxed surrendered space, the body and mind can effortlessly find stillness together.
The key is to realize that your breath is the most powerful backdrop for you to follow so that you feel the calming life force that always flows through you. The more stillness you feel, the more you’ll feel how the breath carries you. Do this as a meditation to deepen and soften into a calm connection with your innermost essence.

In this realm of perfect physical stillness, your mind will stop moving (eventually). It’s a bit like a locomotive train that hasn’t stopped moving your entire life, so it may take a bit of time before it can trust slowing down to a complete halt. So you’ll need to practice this stillness meditation for at least 48 minutes daily. Within 3 weeks or less, the experience will form a firm hold on your mind to dissolve the ego and give you access to deeper clarity about yourself and your life.
When we make the time to discover the spiritual source of stillness (that already exists) at the core of our being, we realize the source where infinite peace resides. In this perfect still point, or zero point, you discover the quantum vacuum where your awareness is the point of origin of all creation. You realize your awareness is the source field holding the divine presence, singularity, central stillness where all thoughts cease to take form.
You’ll know you have arrived when you feel the most expansive healing peaceful feeling inside you. You will feel at one with everyone and everything! You will also be able to see the infinite possibilities, dimensions, and levels of consciousness that all simultaneously exist in your life.
In the stillness, you can feel the infinite energy within everything. In your most perfect stillness, you realize how you are the hub of the great wheel of the Universe, and how every thought you think is emanating from your center (you). You see how your connection to all things far outweighs your separateness.

By reaching a state of absolute stillness within the body, eventually the mind will become silent. When this occurs, you’ll experience the most profound truth of them all. That you are the infinite God source itself! You are not an observer of the Universe, yet always a participant. Your attention is always impacting the quantum field around you. You see how everything is changing by how you see it.
When you abide in this quantum awareness, life transforms into something magical and powerful! The realization of freedom is so clear that it’s undeniable. You discover your soul’s mission here, which is to use each moment of your life to awaken to the spiritual truth of who you are, shedding all the illusions that bind you.

After the physical posture of stillness is rooted in, the second step is to find stillness of thought. It’s not far away, yet you must not get lost in the stories and perpetual yearnings of the mind. You must anchor yourself in the awareness of this present moment. Use your moving breath to find pure relaxation of mind, and you will discover a very ancient wisdom and depth within you. Stillness is essential to access this ancientness of your soul and explore the depth of your enlightened nature.
To find real stillness of mind, I suggest you look to finding true peace with your past and everyone in it. Forgive everyone, including yourself. You know you did the best you could with the resources you had at that time. We are all here to make mistakes. This is how we learn and grow. You know yourself better than anyone, so you know what it takes for you to let go of all the things you’re still holding onto.
To discover this perfect clarity, you will need to reflect on your past and release any attachment to it. Inner peace is letting go of all your regrets of the past and expectations of the future. You are detaching from all earthly desires and any memories that continue to resurface from your past. Release your mind’s attachment to everything and you’ll effortlessly discover stillness within.

Returning to your divine truth is a powerful journey. The more straightforward the path, the more profound its impact. Your spiritual journey is vital for finding inner peace.
